Urbanisation Agreement between the City Council, the Management Commission and a community of owners.

Initial approval of the Urbanisation Agreement between the City Council, the Management Commission and the community of owners of Avenida Madariaga 81-83 regarding the reorganisation and development potential of the AD-1 plot was published today in the Official Gazette of Bizkaia.

Basically, the Agreement modifies the prior use of 100% of the plot to dwellings to allow almost half of the plot to be used for non-residential uses of interest to the area.

The maximum building height on the land opposite the residential buildings of Avenida Madariaga 77-79 and 81-83 is also stipulated.

The Agreement is available for public inspection for 20 working days as of today.
